Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Generating managing and executing release timelines, marketing campaigns and promotional cadence for a diverse roster of clients
Facilitating generative and actionable communication with clients including expectation management, problem solving, deliverable accountability and ensuring client success while papering conversations and takeaways through meeting agendas and wraps.
Informing and educating clients on opportunities, goal progress and temperature of their project/artist as well as receiving feedback and implementing feedback in a positive and meaningful way.
Creating, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns and reports.
Ensuring approved marketing elements are accomplished on deadlines and that team members have what they need to facilitate as well as communicating necessary adjustments and providing solutions when pivoting is required.
Contribute to ideation documents including suggested content lists and brainstorming meetings and seeing them through to final form for client delivery
Reviewing and contributing to preloads/social schedules with specific focus on 1. Ticket/Tour incorporation 2. Increasing streams and views 3. Merchandise sales 4. Endorsement/sponsorship commitment fulfillment
Tour marketing coordination including tour announcements, fan club presale promotion, third party + venue presales facilitation, accurate on-sale cadence, continued promotion, walk-up pushes, sell out exposure and VIP sales.
Communication with record labels, website vendors, local and national promoters, venue staff, managers and agents required.
Implementing e-commerce best practices, researching new/better sales mechanisms and ensuring optimization of all owned channels native e-comm functionality
Facilitating email marketing and CMS updates to artist websites.
Performing Social Media & E-Commerce Audits and Website & DSP Analysis and Action Plans for current, incoming and potential clients
Coordinating the completion of client “wraps,” project summaries and campaign highlights
Updating project & departmental Slack Channels/ClickUp/Google Drives/Docs/Sheets
Contributing to pitch decks and proposal documents (as needed)
